One of nature’s fascinating creations is rutilation. In this case, Quartz has “captured” Black Tourmaline micro crystals during the hardening process, creating ebony designs inside clear quartz specimens. The more prized pieces are worthy of being made into lovely jewelry pieces. Great care however must be taken in the cutting and polishing so that the trapped inclusions remain undamaged.
This is what we have here.

A brilliant crystal clear Quartz drop with perfectly suspended fine black tourmaline supporting a rich red garnet and equally vibrant Amethyst. All set in 14k gold using Sasa’s art deco style. A perfectly bold necklace for those who enjoy attention and unusual styling. Please inquire for additional chain options.
